Coinatio policies

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Coinatio processes limited technical data needed to operate, secure, and understand the public website. Effective July 24, 2026.

Controller and contact

Coinatio is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Privacy questions, objections, and requests concerning your data can be sent through Telegram directly to @core_entity.

Technical and security data

When you access Coinatio, the website and its infrastructure providers may process standard request and security information, including IP address, requested URL, request time, browser and device information, referrer, response status, and security signals. This information is used to deliver the website, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain availability.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Coinatio uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate website usage and real-user performance worldwide. The service may record metrics such as page views, referring sites, approximate country, browser and device type, and page performance measurements. Coinatio uses these reports to understand which pages are useful and to improve reliability and speed.

Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect or use visitors' personal data to provide the analytics reports. Coinatio does not use these analytics to identify individuals, build advertising profiles, or track visitors across unrelated websites.

Local storage and cookies

Coinatio does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The interface may store a theme preference locally on your device when you choose a display theme. If you choose to load an external market chart, it also stores that choice so charts can load automatically on future token pages. These preferences are functional, are not sent to Coinatio for advertising, and are not used to follow you across websites. You can remove them by clearing this site's browser data.

Legal basis

To the extent the technical processing described above involves personal data, Coinatio relies on its legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: operating and securing the service, preventing abuse, understanding aggregate usage, and improving performance. These activities are limited to what is reasonably necessary and do not involve advertising profiles or cross-site tracking. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting Coinatio.

Service providers and external links

Cloudflare provides content delivery, security, media delivery, and privacy-focused analytics services. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical logs on Coinatio's behalf. Token market information and images may be obtained from third-party market-data services. Links to Telegram, explorers, and project websites lead to independent services governed by their own privacy policies.

Token pages may offer an optional interactive third-party market chart. The first chart is not loaded until you select the load button. Coinatio remembers that choice locally so future charts can load automatically. Once loaded, your browser connects directly to the chart provider, which may receive standard request information under its own privacy terms.

International transfers

Infrastructure providers may process data in the European Economic Area, the United States, and other locations where they operate. Cloudflare describes its international transfer safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses, in its privacy documentation.

Retention

Technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. Aggregated analytics are retained according to the applicable Cloudflare service settings and terms. Coinatio does not maintain user accounts, wallet connections, a newsletter database, or a public token submission form.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because the analytics reports are aggregate and are not designed to identify individuals, Coinatio may not be able to associate an analytics event with a particular person. Requests can be sent to @core_entity.

Policy changes

This policy will be updated if Coinatio introduces accounts, advertising, marketing cookies, or other processing that materially changes the privacy impact of the service. Where consent is legally required, the relevant feature will not be activated for affected visitors before a consent mechanism is provided.
