Bout, $BOUT, is a head to head market on Robinhood Chain, launched through pons_v2. Most markets price an asset. Bout prices a matchup. Two public trading accounts are paired for a round of 24 hours or 7 days, and whichever grows its profit more wins. Because both traders live through the same week in the market, the week cancels out and only the trading decides the round. Each side has a price and the two always add up to one. A share costs less than 1.00. If your side wins, each share pays 1.00 USDG. If not, it pays nothing. The fee is 2% on winnings only, and a losing share is charged nothing. Settlement uses the median of three readings at the open and at the close, read every five minutes. A reading older than twenty minutes decides nothing: the round voids and every stake returns at cost. A flat result resolves to the B side. The board shows live readings from real public accounts, read-only, each read published with its hash so anyone can check it. Tickets are simulated until a contract is published on the site.
