HEED is the virality launchpad for Pons on Robinhood Chain. A narrative spikes and the window to launch into it is measured in minutes. HEED collapses that launch into a single transaction: the token is created, the pool is seeded with the entire fixed supply, the LP is locked, and the creator's opening buy executes, all atomically. Tradeable from block one. The creator provides no liquidity capital. The LP position is transferred to a locker contract with no withdraw path, so liquidity is burned rather than timelocked. The token has no owner, no tax, no hooks, no pause, no blacklist and no mint function. The creator retains the full trading fee. Three launch modes: Seeded, where the full supply backs the pool. Classic, straight to an open market. Curve, where price discovers along a bonding curve. The board ranks every launch by real liquidity and re-ranks each block.
